1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Louver fence panel is an outdoor fencing system used for decorative and security purposes, consisting of specially formed metal sheets. It is designed in a horizontal louvered form.
2. MATERIAL
2.1. Sheet Type: - Galvanized steel sheet - In accordance with EN 10346 standard - Zinc coating class: Z200 – Z275 - Alternative: Aluzinc coated steel (Class AZ150) - Optional: Pre-painted galvanized steel (PPGI)
2.2. Sheet Thickness: - Min. 0.80 mm - Max. 1.20 mm - May vary according to project or customer requirements.
3. SURFACE TREATMENT
3.1. Coating: - Electrostatic powder coating shall be applied over galvanized sheet. - Paint type: Polyester-based, suitable for outdoor use - Color: RAL 7016 (Anthracite grey) – may vary upon customer request.
3.2. Paint Thickness: - Minimum 60 microns - Must have high UV and corrosion resistance.

6. STANDARDS & RESISTANCE
- Corrosion resistance: ISO 9227 – salt spray test min. 500 hours - Wind resistance: Designed to withstand wind load of min. 120 km/h - Environmental compliance: Materials must comply with REACH & RoHS
7. PACKAGING & DELIVERY
- All panels shall be wrapped with protective stretch film or foam to prevent scratches. - Shipment must be secured on wooden pallets with strapping.
