Creazen Swing Gate

The CreaZen® infill is available as single and double swing gates. It fits harmoniously with the same fencing residential.

FRAME

The frame consists of square steel tubes, 100x100 mm with welded CreaZen® infill. Steel plate thickness: 2 mm

The vertical square tubes are welded at both sides of the horizontal tubes, in a criss-cross way.

The spacing between the vertical tubes is max. 110 mm

Horizontal rectangular tubes: 40 x 20 mm

Vertical square tubes: 20 x 20 mm

POSTS

Each gate has got 2 gate posts (included in the packaging). Standard the posts are to be put into concrete. Posts with welded floor plates are available on request.

Posts section:

• For single gates: 100x100x3 mm
• For double gates: 120x120x3 mm

The gate posts are hot dip galvanized and PES coated and have got a plastic cap.the posts are standard foreseen with inserts to enable fixation of CreaZen panels.

ACCESSORIES

A box containing all accessories is included with each gate:

• Built-in lock with stainless steel cover plates
• Symmetrical European cylinder, with three keys
• Strong hinges, fully reversible left/right and allowing 180° opening of the gate wing
• Decorative handles
• Gate catcher installed on the post or wing
  
  

COATING TECHNIQUE AND COLORS

Posts and gates are hot deep galvanized. Anti-corrosion treatment and high adherence polyester coating are applied to it.
